KRIBB'S OPINION ON THE GENERAL BILL TO AMEND AND SUPPLEMENT THE LAW ON MEDICINAL PRODUCTS IN HUMAN MEDICINE, No. 353-10-22

In connection with the initially drafted draft law, KRIB gave its comprehensive opinion on the contradiction of the introduced restrictive regime of the parallel export of medicinal products with basic European principles and norms. With the new version of Art. 217a - art. 217d, the model of a permit regime is confirmed, in which for each parallel export of medicinal products, the IAL must give its opinion.
