The proposal was officially submitted to the attention of the people's representatives in the Committee on Labor and Social Policy of the National Assembly on September 16, 2008 during the discussion of the draft amendment to the Labor Code No. 802-01-54 submitted by the Council of Ministers on 10.07.2008 and was defended only by KRIB during the meeting of the Commission on 29 October 2008.
