PROJECT "DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW MODEL FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF DEVELOPING SUSTAINABLE SOCIAL CAPITAL" OPHRD 2014-2020

On September 29, 2022, at the central office of KRIB in Sofia, a final press conference was held on the project "Development of a new model for the management of human resources with the aim of developing sustainable social capital" of the "Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria - KRIB The Voice of Bulgarian Business", financed under contract No. BG05M9OP001-1.051-0005-C01 from the Operational Program "Development of Human Resources" 2014 - 2020". The main partner in the project is KNSB.

The effective management of human resources is of key importance for the development of business companies, and that is why the activities of the project were aimed at it. The main goal of the project was to help overcome the challenges posed by increasing staff turnover, negative demographic trends and an aging workforce. The developed social capital will lead to effective resolution of problems in the work process, a more professional level and commitment of workers, building trust with the employer. The integration of modern management models will make business in Bulgaria more social, more sustainable and more competitive.
