The yearbook "Labor Relations – 2014" has been published

This yearbook is the seventeenth edition in a row with up-to-date applied knowledge on the entire issue of labor law in 2014.

The content of the book follows the tradition: The updated normative texts of the main labor laws have been published: the Labor Code, the Law on Health and Safety at Work, the Law on Promotion of Employment, the Law on Guaranteed Claims of Workers and Employees in the Event of the Employer's Bankruptcy, the Law on settlement of collective labor disputes, as well as the most important bylaws on their implementation.

Emphasis in the author's comments are the amendments and additions to the labor legislation in 2014. Issues that were not the subject of comments in previous editions of the yearbook are discussed in detail and comprehensively. Expert solutions to problem cases are presented.      

Interesting decisions of the Supreme Court of Cassation in labor cases have been published, as well as important letters of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy.
The CD-ROM attached to the yearbook contains the updated texts of all normative acts on labor law in our country, as well as the collective labor agreements at the sectoral and branch level under Art. 51 b, para. 4 of the Labor Code.

The yearbook reflects the state of legislation as of February 1, 2014.
The author and compiler of the book is the traditional team of leading specialists - lawyers in labor law headed by Prof. Doctor of Law. Vasil Mruchkov.
