On June 8, 2015, a meeting was held between representatives of the Ministry of Finance, the National Revenue Agency, the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria, the Bulgarian Oil and Gas Association, a collective member of KRIB, and the National Association of Grain Producers.
The meeting took place under the leadership of the Minister of Finance Mr. Vladislav Goranov. On behalf of KRIB, Mr. Evgeniy Ivanov, executive director of KRIB and Mr. Valentin Zlatev, chairman of BPGA and member of KRIB's Board, took part in the meeting. The subject of the debate were the proposed changes to Ordinance No. H-18 and, above all, the proposed expansion of measures to control and prevent the sale of fuels of unclear origin and unpaid obligations to the budget.
The meeting is a continuation of a series of meetings between the Ministry of Finance, the "Customs" Agency, the National Revenue Agency and the branch organizations, members of KRIB, at which the drafts of the Ordinance amending and supplementing Ordinance No. H-1 of 2014 were discussed. on the specific requirements and control carried out by the customs authorities on the means of amendment and control of excise goods, Regulations for the implementation of the Act on excise duties and tax warehouses and the Ordinance amending and supplementing Ordinance No. H-18 of 2006 on registration and reporting of sales in commercial establishments through fiscal devices.
Branch organizations that are members of KRIB took an active part in the series of meetings: the Bulgarian Oil and Gas Association, the Union of Brewers in Bulgaria, the National Chamber of Vine and Wine and individual companies that are members of KRIB.
In the course of the discussions during the meetings, the representatives of the branch organizations and companies supported their reasons and considerations for the proposals and questions submitted by them on the discussed projects with specific data and practical examples given the specifics of their activity.
