ABOUT: Bill to amend the Personal Income Tax Law, No. 48-202-01-21, introduced by the Council of Ministers on October 31, 2022.

DEAR MR CHOBANOV,

The Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria (KRIB) expresses an opinion in support of the Bill amending the Law on Personal Income Taxes, No. 48-202-01-21, submitted by the Council of Ministers on October 31, 2022.

The project of the ZID of the Tax Administration was prepared with the aim of improving the tax legislation and the proposals made in the project are aimed at facilitating the taxpayers.
