KRIB's opinion on the Law on Corporate Income Taxation

ABOUT: Bill to amend the Law on Corporate Income Taxation, No. 48-202-01-26, introduced by the Council of Ministers on October 31, 2022.

DEAR MR CHOBANOV,

The Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria (KRIB) expresses an opinion in support of the Draft Law amending the Law on Corporate Income Taxation, No. 48-202-01-26, submitted by the Council of Ministers on October 31, 2022.

The project of the ZID of ZKPO is in connection with the expiry of the period of application of the scheme for state aid in the form of tax relief, representing state aid for regional development under the order of ZKPO and creating an opportunity for the continuation of the application of the tax relief, as well as with the aim of improvement of tax legislation.
