SECOND DECLARATION OF BULGARIAN EMPLOYERS' ORGANIZATIONS

regarding a proposal to increase the contribution to state social insurance /LLC/

The nationally representative employers' organizations - Association of Industrial Capital in Bulgaria, Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce - Union of Bulgarian Business, Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Bulgarian Union of Private Entrepreneurs "Vazrazhdane", Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria and Union for Business Initiative in accordance with the announced intention to sign an agreement between the Prime Minister Mr. Boyko Borisov and the trade union organizations for an increase in the social security contribution by 3 (three) percentage points, announce a temporary withdrawal from the National Council for Tripartite Cooperation until the bilateral negotiations are replaced by a tripartite dialogue.
